Prices

  •     FREE 1 Hour Fitness Consultation

  •     $40 per one hour session pay for the month in advance

  •      MINIMUM 2 times per week for beginning exercisers – 3 times preferable

  •     Once a person has demonstrated they are knowledgeable and correct in form they may move to once a week training with  assigned weekly exercise

  •   $320 per month – 2 sessions weekly – 8 session

  •     $480 per month – 3 sessions weekly – 12 sessions

  •    $200 per month – 1 session weekly  - 4 sessions - ($120/sessions and $40/weekly planned schedule)

  •    Boot Camp Style Classes - $10 a person. Bring a Friend, Share the Cost! $5 each (must have at least 3-5 people in attendance to pursue) 

  •  REFERRAL PROGRAM: Refer a friend get two free sessions

  •    CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 Hour Cancellation Required - All No Shows will be charged full price for the missed session. You are allowed one session reschedule per month with a $10 Reschedulation Fee. Day of Cancellations will usually be treated as a No Show, but will be evaluated on an individual basis.
